The AIDS Mastery workshop is a powerful experience that can help you explore the impact of HIV on your life and discover ways to reclaim it.

The AIDS Mastery is about:

• Developing a sense of our personal power
• Discovering the choices available to us
• Exploring ways we might use them to live full and creative lives

Now more than ever, we need the space to explore the effects of life with HIV in the 21st Century and to consider the ways HIV might be holding you back
and find ways of living well and opening up new possibilities or rediscovering them.

The AIDS Mastery can offer that opportunity by exploring our experiences, hopes and dreams. It is a chance to see how we might live our lives differently
in the future if we want to, incorporating HIV rather than being controlled by it.
