If you are scared that you have put yourself at risk of contracting HIV, and don’t know where to go for a discreet, free, same-day test, our helpline advisors can help. They will explain the test procedure, how long it will take, when you will get your results and what the results actually mean. They will even tell you where your nearest same-day HIV testing clinic is.

Sometimes it’s difficult to get though to the testing clinics on the phone. If it’s hard for you to make an appointment at a clinic yourself - perhaps you work during the clinic’s opening hours and can’t find a quiet place to make a discreet call – then our helpline advisors will book the appointment on your behalf. All we need is a name and a telephone number to make the appointment – so that we can call you back to confirm the time and date.
