Sand Mandala Workshop this weekendOver the weekend the group will create a Mandala made out of sand in the traditional way.
Using meditation and creative visualisation the Mandala will unfold thoughout the weekend. Anyone interested can join in the process. The finished Mandala will be put on display for a limited time. Then we will symbolically dismantle it, sweep it away and take it to the sea.
The Mandala Project at BPNW is a unique project utilising the healing powers of Mandalas in an HIV context and is part of our growing well being programme.
The course is facilitated by psychotherapist Jan Mojsa and local HIV positive artist Adrienne Seed. Places are limited but for more information or to book a place contact Jan janmojsa@googlemail.com or Emma at the centre.
